Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lexiroza ("the Site," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Lexiroza, including those who access the Site for free or through a paid Lexiroza Pro subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lexiroza. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Site.

3. Description of Services

Lexiroza provides a collection of word game tools, solvers, and interactive games, including but not limited to:

  • Word unscramblers and anagram solvers
  • Scrabble word finders
  • Wordle solvers and daily puzzle answers
  • Crossword solvers and pattern matching tools
  • Interactive games (Anagram Race, etc.)
  • Daily puzzle guides and strategy content

These services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, as further described in Section 10.

4. Lexiroza Pro Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Lexiroza Pro is a paid subscription that removes advertisements and provides additional features. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to Lexiroza Pro, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (14-day cycle) at the rate displayed at purchase.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes may be applied where required by law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your Lexiroza Pro subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting support@lexiroza.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your ad-free access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any price change before it takes effect. Continued use of Lexiroza Pro after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Accounts

Certain features of Lexiroza, including Lexiroza Pro, require account registration. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lexiroza only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Site without our express written permission.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user accounts.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Site's operation, security, or performance.
  • Using our tools to cheat in competitive online word games where such use is prohibited by the game's terms of service.
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Lexiroza, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site, is the property of Lexiroza or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our permission.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Lexiroza infringes your copyright, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

Lexiroza may contain links to third-party websites, games, and services (e.g., NYT Connections, Wordle). These links are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in the Site will be corrected.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEXIROZA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexiroza and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site in violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lexiroza at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Site immediately ceases.
  • Any Lexiroza Pro subscription benefits are forfeited (no refunds for partial periods).
  • Sections 7, 10, 11, 13, and 14 shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting the updated Terms on the Site. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of Lexiroza after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexiroza regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
